For testing requirements, please read carefully the notice of the Chinese Embassy on October 29, 2020. Transitional arrangements: starting from 0:00 on December 1, 2020, U.S. embassies and consulates in the U.S. will not issue a stamped “Statement of Health” for foreign passengers, but they already have a “Statement of Health” issued by the embassy or consulate in the U.S. Foreign passengers with the “Health Statement” do not need to apply for the two-dimensional code of the “HDC” Health Statement again, and they can still board the flight with the “Health Statement” within the validity period. The application methods of foreigners’ emails or online uploads previously announced by the embassies and consulates in the United States will cease to be used.
