Visa Express acts only as an agent, and only Embassy/consular officials and U.S. Passport Office agents make the final determination when deciding how fast a visa or passport will be issued and for what period of time (validity) visas can be issued. U.S. Passport Services reserve the right to prioritize the processing according to the departure date provided by the applicant. Visa Express makes no guarantee that any issuing authority will issue any document(passport & visa)in a timely manner, and the processing time is not guaranteed.

We have no control over the decisions made by Issuing Authorities regarding denial or approval of any passport, visa or travel document or additional supporting documents and/or additional supporting requirements based upon the information submitted by you whether directly or through us as courier and/or agent. Passport Agency or Embassy/consulate officials also have the right to ask for additional documentation in order to issue a passport or visa.

Visa Express accepts no responsibility for the services of the Passport Agency or Embassy/Consulate in connection with the granting of passports or visas, nor for any delays or errors made on a passport or visa, loss of passports or other materials occasioned by any party not directly under our control or by any delivery services such as FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service. If for some reason, you receive a damaged passport or visa, you must contact Visa Express, and return the unused passport or visa within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for refund or replacement. Visa Express liability for all loss or damage from any cause or fault whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of or damage to a passport during the course of visa or passport processing, is limited to the actual replacement cost of the passport or $149.00, whichever is less. Visa Express reserves the right in all instances to substitute replacement of the documents that had been in Visa Express’s care and control in lieu of payment.

Liability is limited to fees paid. visaexpress.com its owners, agents and affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for its ordinary negligence. You hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless visaexpress.com, its owners, agents and affiliates, and employees for any and all liability related to ordering and delivery of your passport., even if its due to their own negligence.

The fees for Visa Express services shall be those specified on the Website, including any indirect taxes, if applicable, that are applicable to the fees, and other charges and fees charged by an issuing authority or any courier or delivery service, all of which must be paid by you. Once Visa Express receives and start process your documents, Visa Express’s service fees are non-refundable. All consular and other governmental fees and availability of services are subject to change without notice. Fees and services may differ between the time the order is placed and when the ordered is completed. Visa Express will endeavor to communicate said changes to the traveler where possible. Visa Express reserves the right to select the most appropriate service available given the time constraints, as indicated by the traveler. All fees paid to an issuing authority by Visa Express on your behalf are non-refundable. In the event that a visa or passport application is submitted on your behalf and the request is rejected for any reason, Visa Express will, at your request, make one additional attempt to secure the travel document. You will be required to pay any additional fees assessed by the issuing authority. Orders which are not submitted via the online order process may be charged an additional administrative fee if so specified on the Website. Visa Express reserves the right to retain passports and documents until full payment is received. Visa Express service fees may vary according to the number of business processing days available to procure the service. Passport agency and Consulate closings and holidays are excluded for the purpose of counting the number of business days. Orders cancelled prior to submission will be assessed Visa Express’s service fees. Once the application has been submitted to the appropriate issuing authority, full fees will apply. Additional cancellation fees may be applied for early withdrawal of the application.

A client is eligible for a full refund of Visa Express processing fees, minus a $35 cancellation fee per traveler, only if the client contacts Visa Express with the cancellation of the request before 12:00 local time on the day the request is received by a Visa Express. Embassy, Consulate and/or State Department fees may be refunded in whole, in part, or not at all in accordance with the policy of the involved Embassy, Consulate, or State Department.

If cancellation of a request is made after noon or after the request has been submitted to an Embassy, Consulate, or the US Department of State, full service fees per traveler will be charged. A client who cancels a request which contains multiple visa or passport service applications after the noon deadline but before any applications are submitted will be charged the full-service fee per traveler for the least expensive visa or passport service requested.

Return shipping fees for the Federal Express service of the client’s choice will be applied to any cancelled visa or passport service.

In the case where a visa or passport application has been rejected by the authorities , all fees will be non refundable.

You understand by agreeing to the terms herein that refunds are not possible for (including, but not limited to): Flight Cancellations, Missing Flights, Flight Delays or other Travel Itinerary Changes. Delays in passport or other travel document deliveries. Lost, Stolen or misplaced tickets. Passport/visa procurement difficulties, including changes in policy, passport acceptance agents, regulations or requirements. Incompleteness or inaccuracy of required filing information.
