You must send the actual passport.The passport must be signed and have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least two complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

NOTE: Russia government does not recognize dual citizenship. If you were Russian citizen or have ever held Russian citizenship, you must using a Russian passport travel to Russia, or prove that you have renounced your Russian citizenship (or that your parents renounced their citizenship before you were born). This included anyone born in Russia, or born overseas to at least one Russian parent.

Completely fill-out and sign Russia visa application form. One form per applicant.

Important message: Russian Consulate has become extremely particular in regards to inaccuracies on applications. We ask each customer to fill out the application to the best of your knowledge and ability. After complete your application online, please email your application ID, password, and Order Number (You can find the online Order Form below) to us russianvisa@visaexpress.com so we can review your application first. We will correct your application as necessary then email you back the correct application.

You need to register an account Online first in order to fill out the application online. After the account registration, you should see a DeclarantId and Password. It’s very important to keep the DeclarantId and Password for your record. Also, after you print out the application form, please write your DeclarantId Password on back of the application or your Order Confirmation

You must provide two most recent 2″x 2″ passport type color photo. Your photo taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance, has to be a color photo, on a white background and clear, and you are not to wear a hat, bandana, or sunglasses (prescription glasses are an exception).

Please DO NOT glue or staple your photo to the application!

All applicants must submit an official invitation from Russia. You will need to have the details of your invitation before your Russian visa application can be completed in full. If you do not have your own invitation, we can acquire an official invitation for you. This must be the official invitation from Russia, which will be written in Russian. If your invitation is a Telex sent directly to a consulate, you will need the reference number, the name of the company that requested the invitation, the cities to be visited, the entry and exit dates listed on the Telex request, and the date it will be available at the consulate.
