You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least two complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

NOTE: Russia government does not recognize dual citizenship. If you were Russian citizen or have ever held Russian citizenship, you must using a Russian passport travel to Russia, or prove that you have renounced your Russian citizenship (or that your parents renounced their citizenship before you were born). This included anyone born in Russia, or born overseas to at least one Russian parent.

Completely fill-out and sign Russia visa application form. One form per applicant.

Important message: Russian Consulate has become extremely particular in regards to inaccuracies on applications. We ask each customer to fill out the application to the best of your knowledge and ability. After complete your application online, please email your application ID, password, and Order Number (You can find the online Order Form below) to us russianvisa@visaexpress.com  so we can review your application first. We will correct your application as necessary then email you back the correct application.

You need to register an account Online first in order to fill out the application online. After the account registration, you should see a DeclarantId and Password. It’s very important to keep the DeclarantId and Password for your record. Also, after you print out the application form, please write your DeclarantId Password on back of the application or your Order Confirmation

You must provide two most recent 2×2 passport type color photo. Your photo taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearancehas, has to be a color photo, on a white background and clear, and you are not to wear a hat, bandana, or sunglasses (prescription glasses are an exception).

Please DO NOT glue or staple your photo to the application!

There are three options for the invitation:
1. If inviter (Russian citizen) is in USA, needs

-. Copy of inviter’s internal passport
-. Copy of registration stamp on inviter’s internal passport
-. Complete invitation form (Click here for Word file., Click here for PDF file) It’s better typed / no hand writing except signature.
-. Travel date must be for 3 years
-. All 3 addresses on invitation must same as the address on internal passport registration stamp
-. Notarized the invitation form by Notary Public in USA on the same page (under the line)
-. Invitation can be copy as long as Notary stamp on the same page (front page)

2. If inviter (Russian citizen) is in Russia, needs:

-. Complete invitation form, must have all information as on the sample letter (click here to see sample)
-. Travel date must be for 3 years
-. Notarized by Notary public in Russia
-. Invitation can be copy.
